Angela C. Givian, MSSW, LSCSW

Life provides occasional, and sometimes persistent, obstacles that hinder our motivation to endure the emotional turbulence accompanying the path to our full potential. A person’s journey is as unique as their fingerprint, and the therapeutic process is no different. Whether your goals are interrupted due to internal or external factors, I strive to deliver treatment catered to the individual and their influences.

As an east coast transplant, I have lived in Kansas over fifteen years. Earning my Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Louisville, I have been in private practice for a several years now.  Somatic Latitude is a solo practice that I am opened in October, 2023.  

I am trained in EMDR, CPT, perinatal mental health, and certified in Farm Response. Currently, I am working on ERP training with visions of narrowing a greater focus on OCD.   I also have personal and professional experience with competitive athletics, military life, and transactional law.
