Somatic Latitude offers outpatient clinical mental health services to individual adults (18+).  

Consultations are also offered to providers upon request.

No, this is not a service I offer. 

The length of time it takes to see results varies depending on the individual and the issues being addressed. Some clients may see improvements after just a few sessions, while others may require a longer duration.  Keep in mind, therapy is a commitment requiring work both in and out of sessions. 

Prior to your first appointment you will receive intake forms to complete electronically.  This allows me time to review your paperwork, and it offers more time for your appointment.  During the intake appointment (your first appointment), I collect more information from you to get a better understanding of your history, presenting concerns, and goals for therapy.  You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions.

Most appointments last 45 to 55 minutes; although, session lengths may vary depending on your specific needs and preferences. 

Cancellations are required at least 24 hours prior to appointment time.  If notification of cancellation is made with less than 24 hours' notice, a $50 charge will be incurred.  If a client does not show (without warning). a $75 charge will be incurred.  Such a charge is required to be paid prior to the next appointment.  Should a late cancellation and/or a no show occur twice, without an agreement prior, the client will be subject to termination.

The cost of services varies depending on what is needed.  The most common services are the diagnostic intake ($250), 45 minute therapy session ($135), and 53+ minute session ($170). Please contact me directly to discuss other fees.

Frequency will depend on your individual needs and goals. Some clients may benefit from weekly sessions, while others may attend bi-weekly or monthly.
